Lemon-Lime Green Detox Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop 16-Hour Fiber Powder Plus (Lemon-Lime flavor)
- 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 green apple, chopped
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

- A handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
