Vanilla Berry Collagen Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop 8-hour Collagen Protein, vanilla flavor
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk alternative of your choice)
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries)
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1 tbsp almond butter (or your preferred nut butter)
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
- A handful of spinach or kale (optional)
- Ice, as needed
Instructions:
