Vanilla Berry Collagen Smoothie:


  • 1 scoop 8-hour Collagen Protein, vanilla flavor
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk alternative of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries)
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or your preferred nut butter)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • A handful of spinach or kale (optional)
  • Ice, as needed
